Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or use our guest lookup tool to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
