Once thought to be a relic of the past, the OC wasn't gone but rather undergoing a transformation - evolving, refining, and enhancing its already remarkable sound capabilities. Over the past decade, DBA have revisited and imagined something different to the original Clang circuit, turning it into something even more powerful. A more fierce, intimidating, and robust force, designed to meet the needs of modern musicians who want to sound less nice.
The original Octave Clang, beloved by both professionals and punks, was famed for its ability to produce uniquely unconventional tones that were mesmerising yet challenging for some to master. Now, with fine-tuned controls, there's a foot-switchable octave, and some significant enhancements behind the knobs etc.
This re-engineered circuit emerges as a wildly versatile powerhouse, enabling those using it to effortlessly create jarring discordant drones, raw octave transitions, and potent distortion effects.
